It is such an upgrade from the old, ugly doorknob that was on our front door for decades before we purchased the house. Gorgeous but....

And yes I have changed multiple and installed a couple before this. First the internal screw holes for the knob itself were too large for the provided screws. The head slipped right out. Then the paper diagram was slightly off in comparison to our door. So it took taking it off and on with minor readjusting to get it right. But the worst part was...

Love the style

It’s nice too because you can re-key your own locks. If you buy multiple kwikset locks, you can match the key numbers sometimes, but if you can’t you can just re-key them yourself to all match.
