Broken latches
Bought 5 of these 3 failed within first couple months. Trying to find just the latch repair part only. If I can’t fix these I will replace with a different brand

Shallow grip, not good for doors that slide right
These were installed in a rental. Does not work properly with a door the slides open to the right. The way the privacy latch works the pressure you put against the door to grip the shallow unlocking mechanism puts pressure against the privacy lock making it difficult to unlatch. This would work better with a door that opens to the left from the locked side. I cannot find online a way to reverse the side of the privacy lock. Also when first encountering it was not intuitive that you should press...

We got this but then decided we preferred the round ones that go into the pocket door hole. It’s a nice enough product, though.
