Very happy after year

Have had this lock for over a year now. I use Duracell batteries and only change them 3-4 times a year which is good for me. Keypad touch screen is great as the screen never wears down indicating code being used repeatedly, using the app connectivity works without issue to open the door remotely & works great. My only issue the lock jammin when the user does not fully close door or humidity affects how tight door closes. Over all very happy with the lock use.

Worst quality lock ever

This lock is a complete piece of garbage. It had so many problems and keeps breaking. There were so many issues with this lock. They included: 1 - Batteries died quickly and we had to replace the batteries every two weeks. 2 - The lock wouldn't respond to the app. We would unlock or lock it with the app and 90% of the time it wouldn't respond. Terrible battery life

I have 2 of these locks - one is ok. Works fine and is reliable. Batteries last 3 months. The other one is complete junk. I am lucky if the battery lasts 2 weeks. I am constantly changing the battery and ended up getting locked out of my house and had to call a locksmith because they both died when I was on vacation. That was a nice homecoming! Glitchy and lack luster bluetooth function

Very glitchy and runs through batteries like crazy. Bought this lock about a month and a half ago when we moved into our new house. We have used keypad deadbolts at all of our previous houses and loved them. Usually we have to replace the batteries once a year at most. Bad keypad

The keypad is now completely scratched like other users show in their pictures and I do not understand why, as we only use our fingers to open it. Protective film is not present. And it is just almost unusable. Need to replace the screen or the lock itself now, but paid a good amount of money for it. Not happy and wondering if I should invest in Kwickset locks again.

Halo touchscreen

Just purchased this at Lowes on a Clearance. I've been needing an upgrade from my old keyless lock that I have had for 15+ years. I was hoping this was easy to install and setup on my WIFI network. I am glad to report installation and WIFI setup was incredibly easy. It seems to work as advertised. As with anything time will tell. Very well built. So far so good. One note: this lock is loud. Not great

I’ve had this for a couple years. The touchscreen key pad is a pain and the tones it makes aren’t loud enough so when you miss a number which is easy you don’t know till it’s too late, the battery life sucks, and my newest problem is it decides to just stop all smart and electronic functions, requiring a reset to correct but it happens frequently.

A very useful and handy lock.

The HALO lock is installed on my front door. It has been super useful as a passkey for authorizing visitors while I'm away. The batteries last several months for me. I do not use the keypad very often. Perhaps if I used it 2-4 times a day the batteries would run down regularly (which is what I suspect many of the bad reviews are the result of).
