The installation was clear and simple. App easy to use. But the locking mechanism is very loud and slow. Batteries drain within a month in the winter and the touchscreen stopped working (support call folks said the touchscreen may not work when temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit). Might be great for warmer climates.
this lock worked great for a few months. now every time i try to open it manually or remotely i get an error saying the lock is jammed. there is constant clicking anytime you try and operate the lock. would not recommend
