The privacy door handles arrived on time as promised. I was impressed with the packaging in that they were double boxed to prevent damage, all parts were included. There were no instructions but I attribute this to they being a "contractor" package and contractors have experience. I did not but with very little research was able to install myself. Good quality and price
These door levers are good quality and have a sleek look. Easy to install. Pet Peeve is when they are installed and not straight! They operate well and when updating existing door hardware they have the round latch plate which cheaper models don't.
