I’ve got 4 of these on my house; they’re not durable. The interior parts wear and do not retract the latch bolt far enough to permit the door to open. One of the re-keyed cylinders has stopped working with any key and the door cannot be locked or unlocked from the outside.

Would be nice if you could easily get parts!
Have had this knob series for a while and it has been pretty good, but the issue is the lever and rotation system was not able to pull the latching bolt far enough back to allow door to open. I discovered it was bottoming out on a burr on the tube in the door and not being able to rotate far enough to fully retract. I removed the burr and it worked perfectly. For a week. Now, it is right back where we started and worse, when I removed it to see what was up a little metal tab fell out. :( I have...
