Dont beive that its "Non Reflective or flat blac".

Would Not Recommend

Definitely doesn't seem, like a flat black or even non reflective for that matter. More like a semi gloss or gloss black with how much sheen it has with little light. also spray tip will clog after every spray and throw little half dry bits of paint on painted surface.

Has blatant sheen to it might as well be a gloss with how much light it reflects off a painted surface.
