[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, no drips and dries quickly. Slow and steady wins the race. Used many sprays before and messed up a project. Not with this though, finish was great.

Turned yellow!

Turned so yellow/dark in the sun. We know why it's flaking and that has nothing to do with this review. This review is solely based on the fact it changed colors in just 2 months in the sun.

Works Perfectly When Used Properly!

Great product! Anyone saying they are having issues with this product clearly do not know how to use it (or are not letting the first coat dry properly).

Clear sealer

Worked great over my acrylic craft paint

I painted a chair every inch of it was covered with acrylic craft paint. I sprayed several coats of the Krylon flat finish Colormaxx in clear all over and it worked perfectly. It dries completely flat which is what I wanted so I am very happy with the result.I

Do not use over ColorMaxx paint!!

I used this over gloss gray ColorMaxx spray paint, and it wrinkled. Then I tried again, after waiting for the gray to dry for over a week, and applying only a very thin coat of the clear. Wrinkles again. Not happy.

PROJECT RUINED. DO NOT USE

I spent a lot of time and money to silver leaf a wooden project. I’m making a back-lit, metallic looking husky logo for my the high school I work at. This included a white sanding sealer, a metallic spray paint, spray adhesive, and metal leaf. I had it all applied, polished and beautiful looking and went to use Krylon Clear to preserve it. Won't dry

Sprayed 4 coats over an Amber shellac finish and 6 days later still tacky. Looks good but can't finish project.

I purchased this to seal a few wood pieces. I run a home based craft business. I made a wood clock, painted with acrylic paint, and a wood porch sign. After spraying this my work was covered in what looks like white spray paint. I actually cleaned the nozzle after the 1st incident thinking i had touched it with white paint (even though I wasn't using white paint) I have now had to start from scratch.
