Solid quality product
The towel rack is a solid product with slim design and light brass finish. Not too heavy overall and should be easy to install. One less star because of the higher price. Would recommend.
Sigh....
It is a beautiful towel rack & bar, but when I installed it, it does not adhere to the wall securely. Tried numerous times. Never had any problems installing other towel bars, etc. It has a design flaw on the backside of where it is supposed to attach to the wall. Returning.

Great product, and the company respects democracy
Nice clean look and very easy to install. I also appreciate knowing that none of the money I spent will go toward funding political campaigns of insurrectionists or fascists in the US, which I would not be able to say if I purchased something from their main competitor.

Very poor design
Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.
