attachment of fixture to wall not secure
This won't seat well against the wall because there is something wrong with the screw that holds it. It won't tighten and the fixture sags downward.

Bad design
Is not strong enough to hold towel. Had base solidly attached, had to use better anchors, theirs sucked. Then wobbled after tightening set screw, which eventually stripped. Junk, returning it and getting Kohler. Like how they have German name for China junk!
A different towel bar.
I love that I can mount these to a stud and not use wall anchors. Very nice

Very poor design
Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.
