What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the dispenser's modern, elegant design and smooth pump action, with most highlighting easy installation and seamless integration with kitchen fixtures. Many appreciate the 120oz capacity and responsive pump mechanism. However, a substantial portion report durability concerns, including pump failure within one to two years, peeling matte finishes, and wobbly bases. Some experienced difficult refilling due to the narrow fill neck. Despite these issues, most customers find the initial quality and aesthetic appeal worthwhile, though longevity remains a notable drawback.

My soap dispenser worked perfectly and was installed correctly and easy to do myself. I had no problems or issues. It works great. And we love it.

Kraus

The looks surpess the quality

Would Recommend

Im am not completely satisfied with this soap dispenser for two reasons, but first, what I like about it. I like how it dispenser soap. It comes out more heavy than my previously used Kohler. The spot free stainless steel Kraus I got, has a yellowish tint to it, a mismatch with the stainless steel kitchen sink. Also, there is a pump head wobble I dont like. It has a loose feel to it, but will do.

Good value for money

The pump mechanism and quality are excellent. Works great. Not easy to initially screw the plastic dispenser bottle holding the dish soap onto the pump - you need 2 people- one to hold pump from above and one to screw bottle onto pump from above. The plastic bottle could be of better quality. You will need a funnel to fill plastic bottle from above. Otherwise, great and good value for money.
