Kraus Oletto Matte Black Single Handle Deck-mount Commercial Pull down with Sprayer

It's ok

The faucet is well made and sturdy. It takes some getting use to to use the sensor. I feel like it could have been made better by making it a light tap option. I seem to want to keep tapping ot with the back of my hand, because the sensor doesn't always work. I hate having to turn on the faucet ans then using the sensor as the water shuts off after a few seconds after manually turning it on.

The faucet makes a bubbling noise when the sprayer is not on. The sprayer makes a loud whistling noise when turned on. Overall this faucet is junk and would like a replacement or refund. Your response to this would be greatly appreciated. Please have a supervisor get back to me.

Elegant, chic and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is lovely! Chic, elegant, and streamlined, the matte finish and lines of this faucet are the perfect update for my home! It was extremely easy to install and works beautifully. It’s quiet and the water pressure is great! It’s built well with stainless parts. We are so excited to use this gorgeous faucet for many years to come!

Nice Faucet Handle not easy to remove

This has been a great faucet for my mother! It began to leak from the spout. In order to change the cartridge, it has to be taken apart. To get the handle off requires an Allen wrench. The problem is that knowing the location the screw is difficult. After searching many websites for the photos of the install, no picture of the inside of the handle was shown. I will attach one here if I am able to once I have submitted the review.

Great bar sink faucet

Perfect faucet for a small bar sink. Looks nice, swivels, good handle.

Amazing beautiful faucet.

This is a fantastic faucet. Not only is it beautiful, but the installation was straightforward and exceptionally secure, unlike many faucets that rely on a large plastic wingnut to hold them in place. The mounting system feels much more substantial and inspires confidence that the faucet will remain solidly anchored. The integrated water filter is a huge plus, and because it’s built into the handle, there’s no need to drill an additional hole in the countertop. The overall height is actually a b...

Kitchen sink button broken

We have had our OlettoTM Commercial Style 2-Function Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet in Spot-Free Stainless Steel Model #: KPF-2643SFS For 3 years in August. Installed by a professional plumber at the end of September 2023. The button that makes the stream go to sprayer is broken now. They have no replacement part for me to get to fix this issue. So my faucet look tacky now!! Spent a lot of money on this brand of sink and faucet for is to look crappy in less than 3 years. Upset custom...

Absolutely gorgeous faucet, Kraus makes high quali

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid DIYer, and have installed many faucets in multiple homes I’ve lived in, so I am not a novice when it comes to this kind of task. I also am familiar with the Kraus brand, I recently installed a Kraus faucet in one of my bathrooms. I have come to know Kraus as a quality faucet and fixture maker, and I usually look at their products before anyone else’s when I am shopping for my next project. This kitchen faucet is exactly the quali...
