What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the dispenser's modern, elegant design and solid construction, noting it integrates seamlessly with kitchen setups and installs easily with reliable pump action. Many highlight the stylish appearance and weighty, well-made feel. However, a substantial group reports the pump mechanism fails within one to two years, with plastic parts cracking and internal threading breaking. Several also note the matte finish peels or wears after a year of use. Despite initial satisfaction, these durability concerns frustrate many customers and deter repurchase.

Bought this to match the faucet. It does not work and I am past the return date. It will not dispense soap. Very disappointed.

Kraus

The looks surpess the quality

Would Recommend

Im am not completely satisfied with this soap dispenser for two reasons, but first, what I like about it. I like how it dispenser soap. It comes out more heavy than my previously used Kohler. The spot free stainless steel Kraus I got, has a yellowish tint to it, a mismatch with the stainless steel kitchen sink. Also, there is a pump head wobble I dont like. It has a loose feel to it, but will do.

Good value for money

The pump mechanism and quality are excellent. Works great. Not easy to initially screw the plastic dispenser bottle holding the dish soap onto the pump - you need 2 people- one to hold pump from above and one to screw bottle onto pump from above. The plastic bottle could be of better quality. You will need a funnel to fill plastic bottle from above. Otherwise, great and good value for money.
