Good value for money

The pump mechanism and quality are excellent. Works great. Not easy to initially screw the plastic dispenser bottle holding the dish soap onto the pump - you need 2 people- one to hold pump from above and one to screw bottle onto pump from above. The plastic bottle could be of better quality. You will need a funnel to fill plastic bottle from above. Otherwise, great and good value for money.

Took a little time to prime

Well I have had this dispenser for 5 days now and it works really nice even tho it took a little time to get it primed. First let me say the dispenser looks nicer than the picture, everything about it looks like a quality product. I read some reviews saying it did not work for them but thought I'll try it anyway I can always return it. I put it in the day it arrived and everything looked good, put in some soft soap and pumped it 20-30 times and no soap. I thought no, were the reviews right but I...

Lasts just long enough for warranty to expire

I mistakenly bought a 2nd over after the first failed. 1.5yrs later and the 2nd one has failed in the exact same manner. The pump mechanism winds up cracking and starting in air instead of soap. Avoid this one. Others come with lifetime warranty and are not too much more money.

Garbage

I purchased this unit to add hand soap to my granite counter top. I have a similar one with a different style that works fine. This one doesn't dispense soap! It works by forcing air into the tube, pressurizing it, and the soap comes up through the tube and out through the spot. Unfortunately, this one leaks at the base, so the soap comes out and all over the counter. Did you know granite absorbs soap and discolors? Thanks Kraus!

Pain to Fill

Pump looks nice with my new countertop, Kraus sink and Kraus faucet. Plumber installed faucet and pump. But, filling it from the top is ridiculous. We use softsoap. The fill neck is small it creates a vacuum when pouring and it takes forever. Trying going slow then used a funnel then poured a small amount and used a straw to break the vacuum. And to clean up the mess casued by the overflow. Never thought I would need directions on how to pour things. Is there a secret? Like the design. Hope it ...

Solid build quality

The plastic-y Glacier Bay pump that came with my faucet broke after a few months of use. I got this pump to replace it and I am very happy with the apparent improvement in quality. This one is largely constructed of metal, even the pump mechanism has a metal body, so I trust this will hold up for longer. It feels weighty and pumps soap easily and smoothly. Pumps works, finish wore off quickly

Purchsed this dispenser in October 2023. Does it work? Yes, it pumps disk soap efficiently. But the plating on the end of the spout has worn off, revealing what looks like white plastic. So even though the dispenser still functions, I will need to replace it. Since the finish only lasted a year (if that), I will have to look for another brand that has an extra long spout like this one.

Breaks often

First one stopped working, bought another, second one stopped working (pump but nothing comes out), cleaning or fixing it, won't work, I guess I should by 10 and hope thats enough to last my life time.

Convenient Dispensing

I use it for dish soap dispensing. Good modern design.
