Mounting options need to be rewritten for clarity
Well built, but I will say this, it’s definitely not a true option for an under mount sink without modifications. You will have to brace under the sink for the weight and trim the back side where the faucet mounts for clearance unless you have custom cabinets made to fit in the cabinet the way it should. ( I have verified this with several contractors and cabinet vendors ). If you mount it on top you will have no issue with it.
