Towel bar mount hardware/instructions?
Towel bar mount instuctions call for 1/4" drill bit for install of anchors. If you use a 1/4" bit, the provided anchors are to small, and the screws will not tighten. Use a 3/16" bit. After the above fiasco, I used 1/4"anchors and #8 pan head screws for the bar mounting supports.
Simply the best.
Fashionable, quality finish, substantial materials (not light weight). I ordered three different product lines to compare - this was the best.

Very poor design
Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.
