Never delivered
I ordered this product because it was supposed to delivered on a certain date. That date has passed with zero updates. I have been in contact with Lowe’s and they cannot reach the vendor. Lowe’s hasn’t been very helpful at all through this process. I wouldn’t order this product since the vendor is none responsive and you should probably look for another store when ordering a gazebo! Maybe one that has customer support who actually attempts to solve problems!

The appearance and functionality of the assembled gazebo met and or exceeded all expectations. The purchase experience was very customer friendly. We ordered the gazebo on line. We were notified when it arrived and when we got to the store a nice young man rolled out all the boxes and put them in our vehicles. I say boxes because there were five boxes of parts.
