big dent on outer corner
there was a big dent on outer corner, didnt notice until i was about to install, i installed it anyway i didnt wanna go through hassle of returning it, and with a big hole in the wall, took over a week to get it and didnt want to wait more time since its special order....not to happy about dent, but works great
Clean, well designed, easily installed.
Very well packaged - everything needed including a variety of insulation strips and a very handsome vinyl surround for after-install. A few days use, it is quiet, has a wide variety of options, and has provided auxiliary heat and vented air so far.
