Very satisfied with the shelves. Fairly easy to assemble but is best if two people do it. There were hiccups during delivery but store manager corrected the problem. Will shop Lowe’s for all home needs and hardware.

Good Purchase, but assembly was time consuming.
Assembly instructions stated that assembly would take 20 minutes once the parts were unpacked. This one took 4hrs. Even with this issue it is very stable and a great addition to workshop. It has a large capacity, holding boxes and totes that were in house and old storage building. Even boxes of Christmas decorations fit on shelves, making my wife very happy.

Third purchase
This is the third purchase of this type shelf for my small garage. I am able to make space by putting items on the shelves. Item is as described, durable, adjustable shelves, no problem assembling.

Wrong size wrench.
It is difficult to line up the holes for the diagonal and 90° beams. The supplied wrench was too large to fit the nuts. I ended up using a vice grip. Also, the plastic caps for the top of the beams fit very loosely. There is either a quality control issue or I got some mismatched parts.

Missing many components
After lugging the 160 pound package, opened up to discover it was missing all L bolts, end caps, and other assorted hardwear. Project is on a tight timeline and this was a big hit. Massive PITA.
