What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the quiet operation and lightweight design, noting it cuts cleanly without disturbing neighbors or requiring hearing protection. Many highlight the ease of use, tool-free chain tensioning, automatic oiler, and electronic chain brake as thoughtful features that simplify setup and maintenance. The battery compatibility with existing 24V systems is considered a major convenience, though reviewers recommend a 4.0 Ah battery for longer runtime. A few mention minor issues like chain brake positioning or occasional lockups, but most still recommend it for small to medium yard tasks despite these drawbacks.
