Bought this a couple days ago to trim branches. the chain constantly falls off despite carefully following the instructions to mount the chain. Cuts fine when it works but could only cut one branch then stop to tighten chain. I borrowed another manufacturer trimmer and it worked great so thought I would get one but this not even close... I'll see if I can return it.

Comes in handy to reach those areas with out using a ladder for safety. Use it as well off the deck to keep trres trimmed in spring & fall for those limbs that don't over grown. We love it. !

Missing battery and charger
I ordered the version that includes battery and charger, received the version that did not include it. Verified by going to My Purchases and seeing the item listed as including battery and charger. The box I received specifically says they are not included. Had to order those separately, adding another $80 to my total purchase price. Not worth it, I recommend choosing something else.
