Terrible Customer Service
I drove an hour and a half for confirmed pick up order at peach Orchard Lowes. Only one of the 3 pieces were there. Pick up staff did not seem to care that my order wasn't correct and kept passing it off to others. Supposedly they were "looking" for the missing pieces but would never return to pick up. Kept having to ask them to find out where they were. After an hour of waiting, I simply can yelled the order. I won't use pick up again and definitely not that store.

No accessories as advertised
Flyer that came in box showed 5 different accessories. Did not see on shelves, figured I could order from Lowes. All 5 are shown as out of stock, not available in store or order online. Sounds like they never will be in stock. Sturdy box, NOT waterproof.
