Kobalt 1/4-in Brass Coupler

Works as it should.

works fine, doesn't leak air

Coupler for stationary supply

This is best used on stationary supply lines, like on the compressor or on a wall mount supply point. Couplers on the ends of hoses have rings that you pull back to couple and uncouple. On a supply point such as the compressor or on a wall mount you want one that stays open after you disconnect. This lets you plug in a hose without having to operate the retaining ring. That's why its a few bucks more, well worth in this application.

Solid beass , no rust, smooth action in the slide.

Fast replacement that seals well

When one of the couplers on one of my compressors started leaking I bought this to replace it. Nice quality, fast to install, and still seals well after the first couple of weeks.
