Not for big jobs.
I had to remove a section of 4 inch patio concrete (solid) about 5’x 10’ and this tool was not a match for the job. We first scored concrete with a diamond saw blade (7inch blade). It can probably be done if you have a whole lot of time, patience, enjoy the S.A. heat, and no other options. The tool probably works well on light/medium duty jobs like removing tile from a vertical surface. Don’t waste the $54.00! More Concerned with Warranty than Product
Chisel retainer spring broke within 45 days of purchase. Lowes exchanged it. However, although this has a three year Kobalt warranty, claims after 90 days must go to Kobalt.
