This mower is great! One year after purchase the battery no longer charged. The info on the Lowe’s website as well as the customer service phone calls do not give all the info needed for a warranty replacement through Kobalt. Make sure you have plenty of time and patience once the call is made to Kobalt customer service AND be sure you have thought of everything question and scenario because all necessary information might not be given to you without questioning.

Easy to use, recharge, and quiet! I should have done it years ago. MUCH better than gas powered! I mow about an acre very happily.
