I thought I ordered a new pole saw but box was torn inside, extension poles and handle were obviously used. LOWES should indicate if items are pre-owned and/or refurbished. Not only that but price should be adjusted for this (I paid full price $199).

Cordless pole saw
It’s everything I expected. Haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will be easier than a manual pole saw. It comes with shoulder strap and rightfully so. It’s a little heavy. All in all a good product.
