What Customers Are Saying
The product has a flexible head and smooth ratcheting mechanism that allow for accessing tight spaces and good leverage. The 72-tooth design enables quick, precise movements. Customers report the tool has a comfortable grip and quality construction. However, some users have experienced issues with the ratchet mechanism breaking or malfunctioning after limited use, even under light loads. The product may be suitable for occasional home use, but not recommended for heavy-duty or frequent professional use.

I bought this to reach an awkward alternator bolt on a car, and at first, I thought it was actually a decent ratchet. I went to tighten the bolts on the new alternator and the gears stripped with little to no torque. I never leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with the ratchet that I had to.

Disappointed
Second ratchet like this, the first stripped, this one the direction tab just popped out to who knows where. Tune-up use only, and had a hard time finding a store that had the first one, and they didn't want to replace it and wanted me to contact Kobalt. Where's the "hassle free" warranty? 😡.

junk
the gears in the ratchet stripped after the 3rd use. no i wasn't misusing it, my cheap Pittsburgh shirt handle ratchet was doing the same job with no trouble. I bought the long handle to make it easier on my shoulders and now I'm back to my short handle Pittsburgh ratchet from harbor freight.
