Lower handle broke in second year
The lower handle on this bork at the connection where the upper handle connects - it is a weak spot in the handle's design. Finding replacement parts seems to be a real challenge.
no replacement blades
I would give this mower 5 stars for performance but after 3 years it needs a new blade and we have searched the internet with no luck. It should be obvious to the company that the mower will eventually need a new blade. We have a mower that is working but can't use it because the blade is no longer usable.
Handle is broke after 2 years use
The handle on this cracked and broken in year two. Now I am looking for replacement parts for it and one knob that fell off and got lost. Finding replacements parts is not as straight forward as I would have hoped. Shouldn't have broken so soon and hard to fix now.

Only last 30 minutes
Fully charged battery doesn't last
Worked OK for a year, but after only 2.5 years, it takes 2 charges to mow a 15ft by 50ft small back yard.. Get a gas mower or buy from another company that builds better batteries.
Good Buy for a 1st Mower
I bought this after buying my 1st home in 2020. I have a small outdoor storage closet, so finding out this mower handle folds down, plus it's battery powered, was a plus. It's been good value for four years. Recently I had to electric tape the plastic securing the handle screws, because they're cracked. The mower has no replacement parts - disappointing - but for acl 21st century product, a 4/5 year life span is good, I guess. I plan to buy my next electric mower from another brand. But for a 1s...
