Excellent reach, great cut
I have owned a few of these units. The reach is fantastic and it cuts very well. The only drawback is the unit tends to wear out where you adjust the angle and does not stay in place/.

Stopped working motor makes high pitched sound.
I bought this cordless 40V hedge trimmer a couple years ago and used it maybe a dozen times then it stopped working in the middle of a hedge trimming project. Had to finish the job on a ladder with my corded hedge trimmers. It sounded like the motor is bound someplace. There is nothing in the blade causing it to bind. Good Articulating Pole Saw by Kobalt
Good Pole saw with Kobalt 40V battery. Battery is not interchangeable with all other Kobalt products - it is somewhat smaller. Still, the unit is a bit heavy when extending your reach. Cuts well with chain mechanism of sturdy build.
