I got this snowblower 3 years ago and finally got to use it in 6 in deep snow. It cleans very nice but it took 3 batteries to clear my driveway which is about 4 car size. I had the same problem with it cutting off if it got bogged down. It reset by popping out the battery and resetting. I was extremely surprised at how well it cleaned. It actually cleaned better than a snow shovel. If this model was available in a corded unit I’d buy it.
Charger stopped working after 9 months
The charger stopped working after 9 months of purchase. The warranty process is unbelievable! Lowes should have this process described.

Battery operated snow shovel
Over all it is good for what it is. It would be good on light snow but for heavy, not so much! It is too heavy for an older person to use but for a younger person, I am sure it would be just fine. It needs some wheels mounted on it so it could be rolled back since it is so heavy. I had to buy a bigger machine that was self propelled. The wife said that I should take it back but I did not.

Great once you figure it out
This is a great blower once you figure out how to use it. First of all you have to treat it like a lawn mower cutting long grass. If you just charge in it will clog and stop. You have to pop the battery out and back in to reset it. Best advice is on your first pass, press the trigger and get the auger up to full speed then push a little and pull back and repeat, just like you do when cutting long grass. Once you get a "lane", take passes using 1/2 to 3/4 of the width of the blower depending on ...
It can’t handle wet snow. Keeps locking up.when it does work, it throws the snow about 15 ft without any way to control/ divert it

Very dissappointed in this item. It is only good for fresh snow. If you do not do right away, it does not work. Snow has to be light and fluffy. Not worth the investment since we work and snow builds up during the day.
