Two had defects but great product
One had a HUGE dent. The second one had small dent and a missing threaded insert, so one of the castors is missing a screw. Returned the one with the big dent. Perfect for crafts. Bought wooden top from HD and fits perfectly.

Damaged in shipping
Bottom corners damaged during shipment, shipping box had visible damage. Bottom sides of cabinet are wrinkled from damage, but drawers still open. When the wheels were installed, toolbox rocks on a level surface. How hard is it to hire competent shippers?

It is a good product, well built and quite sturdy, assembly was quick and easy (wheels and handle).. The only negatives are that it needs at least one more drawer.
