The product did not arrive when we were told, when it did arrive the box was torn and it looked banged. We told the person delivering the tool box to us and he told us if it was damaged we just had to bring it back. Well is was damaged it was bent at top edge. We returned it with no problems. We ordered another and the second box diff brand came in faster and in good condition just a little minor dent.
