This is super handy and if you already have a lot of kobalt tools I recommend it. Some other brands have a nicer battery design which makes them slightly more useful in tight spaces but I use this regularly on cars with little issue.

Great tool!
First of all this is an electric Ratchet… not an impact wrench. This is a fabulous product. Only 50lbs of electric action, but is rated at 150 ft/lbs of manual action. It is a little larger than a normal ratchet, but if you use air ratchets this is similar in length. Did a hub assembly, front axle replacement on my jeep. Made my job so much easier and faster. This has been a great purchase so far!

I used the Kobalt during my rear main seal repair on my 99 4-Runner, and pleaseantly surprised by the power, and torque. Awesome purchase, but beware it is little on the heavy side.
