Basic to the point, takes a little reading to understand the proper way to use. Saved the manual process but also did a better job. Getting to the blockage, where manual snake kept getting stuck at a 90 degree bend. Happy so far. Next the kitchen sink!

Last 4 orders have been horrible. This time a used plumbing auger was delivered full of sewage from whoever returned it with a big orange sticker saying I can’t return it. I don’t think anyone reads these reviews at Lowe’s. I spent $9,000 in last two weeks on kobalt tools and cabinets . Sadly trying to return what I can . Quality control has been really bad

COMPLETELY waste of money
You can stop the cable from turning by just grabbing it with your hand. Absolutely NO power to loosen any type of clog. A complete waste of money and conveniently you CAN'T return it because of "Health" reasons.

Unblocked kitchen sink drain
I first tried the manual snake but could not get through it kept getting stuck no matter what angle I tried. I said I am sure if I called a plumber they would use a more industrial tool like en electric snake. So I found this and said Im going to give it a shot and it worked cleared my blocked drain and wife is very happy and proud.
