What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these power tools for exceptional power and torque, with many noting they handle demanding tasks like removing rusty bolts and driving large screws without pre-drilling. Battery performance stands out, with reviewers commending long-lasting charge, fast charging, and reliable power retention. Many highlight excellent value and tough build quality, describing them as professional-grade at an affordable price point. The ergonomic design with belt clips and bit holders adds practicality. A small number report reliability issues including battery degradation and chuck failures, though these concerns are significantly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, most customers consider these tools an excellent investment.

I had 3 cobalt batteries go bad and fail to charge. They were between 1 to 2 years old. Neither customer service or the store would help me out. Very disappointed.
