Great Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over the summer in the midst of a kitchen remodel, so I only recently have gotten a chance to use it, but so far so good, there was a defective ignighter on one of the burners, but that was replaced quickly under warranty. My only quibble and it's a minor one is that the numbers on the oven controls are very small and I have to wear my glasses to see them, but thats a minor issue.

Broken grates at 18 months.
We love this range. The oven works great as do the burners except once in a while 1 takes a bit of time to start. The only problem I see is that I have only been using this for about 18 months and both of the double burners that you remove for a wok have cracked substantially and are ready to break through completely. Now I have been on this site for an hour. They seem to have lost my information, and I can't find where to buy new rings.

The range top has a simmer eye which is exactly what it is. I have used other ranges that made a similar claim but were not. The oven is a little shallow but the width makes up for that.
