[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in the water filtration and cooling. After drawing one glass of cold water any more produces Warm tap water. Also having to use the Moisture Control Button to prevent moisture from forming and dripping down onto the top of the freezer door and the rubber gasket is not cost effective. The overall quality does not match the same refrigerator I previously owned for nine years,

Refrigerator to anybody. every time you close a door everything falls off I 've purchased. KitchenAid before and never had a problem like this They have really cheapened the product I am out looking for a new refri...

Great storage and access, but defect day one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of the refrigerator. I am disappointed that the "Options" selector does not work (come out of the box this way - and now need to arrange for repair). The water dispenser is very slow and ice storage is a bit smaller than I would like. BUT, other than that, we love all the drawers, lots of storage space, and ease of access to items (like the sliding drawers in the freezer - although a little stiff to open and close).
