Does not work

Received this unit, installed it and immediate error code c-20. Meaning the temp sensor is not working. Have to wait for a technician to come out and take a look at the unit.

Defective

Bought this last week. Preheat is very nice. It’s a beautiful stove but after one day a burner wouldn’t work, 2 days later the oven started going on 250 by itself without anyone touching it. The buttons were very challenging to hit even for timer. And then we got an F1 error after 6 days with it. It’s being returned

Oven is broken, KitchenAid Service is non-existant

Received our oven on August 21 and noticed pretty quickly after that it gets to temperature and then slowly cools off until it's all the way cold. The display still shows it's at temp, but the oven is cool to touch - no heat at all. I've contacted KitchenAid, there were no techs in our area (Akron Ohio Area) then they foudn someone, but it took about 2 weeks to have them out. Had to order a part, another week. Superior gas range, inferior delivery

Positives: I'm a professional baker, and I love the bread proofing function as well as the true convection! The oven preheats very quickly and bakes evenly, and the burners are easy to adjust temperature. I like that the broiler is in the top of the oven and not in a hard-to-reach drawer underneath. We refuse to buy the Korean and German brands and have had good luck with Whirlpool manufactured products, This KitchenAid range looked to be a high quality product. I purchased the KitchenAid KFGG504KPS0 a couple years ago expecting a high-quality, luxury appliance, but it has been nothing short of a disaster. The plastic knob bezels are a complete design failure—they don't fit securely onto the front steel panel, causing them to fall off constantly. Knobs on range

I bought this range and thinking this is the nicest range I have ever owned. I purchased it little over 2 years ago and while cleaning it yesterday if noticed the silver stuff covering the knobs was peeling off. I was shocked. This was a Kitchenaid , should not be peeling.
