Move Cooking Space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the larger cook top with 5 burners. Exhaust fan stronger than I had before from an older different brand.

Great Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago so it hadn’t been very long but so far I love it. The 5 burners come on nice and high. Fire cooks evenly. Easy to clean. Downdraft is really strong and suck out the smells, but it is really loud. Hard to hear my Tv over the loud downdraft. The other thing that I am trying to get used to is the 4 burners are closer than what I’m used to having had for burners that were much farther apart. I have to arrange the ha...

Professional look and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the cooktop as part of a comprehensive kitchen renovation. We were limited in choices as we were replacing a downdraft electric cooktop. After shopping for a while, we felt the Kitchenaid represented the best bang for the buck. Since installation, we couldn’t be more pleased. The product looks and performs great. We really like the multi speed downdraft fan, the varied size of the burners and the contiguous grates to accommodate la...

Good overall cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed about 3 weeks ago and overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, The grates are so big and heavy that they make the cooktop look so much larger than in the pictures. The grates make it look so well built, but the burners feel chintzy, I really like the different size burners and the layout of the knobs is very intuitive, My biggest complaint is that the cooktop is hard to keep clean. Even if I only use one pan I have to wipe i...

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this product. It cooks fine, but the clean up of spills is a nightmare. The very first time I used the cooktop, I made tomato sauce. I have made tomato sauce on many stainless steel cooktops for many years and never had a problem. When I went to clean up the spills, the sauce had discolored the cooktop. I immediately contacted the appliance store. Totally dissatisfied as their response was a whole littany of how to...

great looking and functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to replace my previous cooktop, which had a downflow vent behind it and controls located under the cabinet. This new model is a major upgrade—it looks fantastic with my new countertops, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

CHEAP Material Quality
A year after purchasing this stainless steel Gas cooktop looks like a cat got on it & clawed at it, cause the stainless steel around the burners are so scratched up. Mind you I take very good care of my appliances. I only a mild liquid dish soap, Seventh Generation and a cotton dish cloth to clean & wipe them down. This 36” 5- Burner downdraft gas cooktop was purchased on 06/11/2021 from NFM. This stainless steel cooktop looks as if I’ve had it for many years. Mine you, I take very good care...

OK, but some flaws.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been cooking with this cooktop for about a week and am pleased with the operation so far. My rating is based upon two problems. The power connector for the downdraft fan came with a broken connection and I had to pay my contractor to make it work. Second, the grease filter on the downdraft is a little too short to cover the entire exhaust vent. This seems like a design flaw.
