Disappointed
We purchased all KitchenAid appliances for our new home that we moved into in September. I had high hopes. Love the features of this fridge. The ice maker made ice once. It has not worked since October. Called to schedule service. Took weeks to get a new ice maker replacement. Installed last week. Doesn't work. Now the freezer is not freezing. I contacted Customer Service. Was able to schedule another appointment for December 26! So, we will go through all the holiday gatherings with a new very ...

A great concept
We bought this fridge because we are foodies. The fresh herb tray and the 5 drawer design are excellent ideas. Unfortunately the water dispenser is directly above the control panel on the deli drawer. Water finds its way into the controls and shorts out the fridge. If you do buy this fridge, I I honestly think it is worth it, silicone over the panel.

We remodeled our kitchen just in time for Thanksgiving 2019, our refrigerator died 11/30/2025. The compressor needs to be replaced. It’s a beautiful refrigerator and we really enjoyed but for the price we paid it should have lasted longer than 6 years. I won’t be buying another KitchenAid.

Overall not great.

It seems to be related to one of the smaller drawers not fully sealing when closed. It has been pretty annoying. The other thing I don't like are the 2 drawers in the main fridge- they are not humidity controlled, so fruit and vegetables do not stay fresh. I have had 2 other Kitchenaid refrigerators that I like better than this one so a bit disappointe...
