[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kitchen Aid refrigerator is outstanding. It is beautiful and spacious. The only reason why it has 4 stars is because of the ice maker. The cubes are so small, they melt very quickly and if you try to get an ice cube from the dispenser bucket inside the freezer, the least bit of ice build up will not let it close and you have to pull out the whole bucket and find out why it will not close. Miss the good old days

Features are good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roughly 6 Months old and no ice or water. Unit broke about a Month ago, still waiting to make the full repair. The scheduled repair ( second visit ) the 22nd of September. Seems too long, but maybe this is normal?? Repair guy had US take the draws out. Leaving with the draws out; Fridge had to be moved out to reinstall he draws. Just seems unprofessional maybe this is normal?? Thanks for asking…….

A BIG Disappointment
We bought this fridge in March of 2023. It is now August 2025. The ice maker has broken twice. The lights on the freezer side have already gone out and the indicator that the water filter needs replacement is broken. We paid over $1000.00 more for this fridge because it was a reputable brand and the quality appeared to be WAY above the competition. We were VERY wrong. Consider us very frustrated.
