Great fridge, but no temperature control dial??

Bought this fridge 2 years ago. Love nant things about it, but I cannot find any way to control the temperature. It wants to freeze things that are at the back of the fridge, but I only find out when I want to eat the lettuce & discover it's now slimy from being frozen. Why is there no temperature control???

Lowe’s – Customer Service & Accountability Failure

Lowe’s has been completely inadequate in their ability to service the customer. There is no other way to state it. We purchased a KitchenAid countertop refrigerator in December 2025. Cant push back to spec

Says counter depth but the way the plastic water lines are to and from the water filter you can’t push back to a 1” distance between back of fridg and the wall. At about 3” you star kinking the water lines to the filtet.

Compressor failure

I bought this KitchenAid approximately two years ago. It came with a five-year warranty. The refrigerator stopped cooling and so I contacted KitchenAid on December 23. They tried to locate an appliance repair man to come to my home but later found out because I lived in a rule area they could not send anybody to my home to fix my refrigerator, they then sent me a message stating I should find my own repair man and reach out to them regarding parts so that the repair man could fix it. Disappointing

buyer beware- do not purchase from on-line

I have this unit less than 10 days. The frig doesnt work as there is condensation through-out the frig and it runs loudly as if struggling to cool. Also the freezer door opens on a angle. I was told by Heidi from direct care ( thats all the info she would share) that once the frig was plugged in its no longer considered new. It is no longer returnable. BUYER BE WARE. They will not stand behind there products.

Nice Enough Fridge / Some Notable Flaws
