Waste of time

Absolute waste of time and money. First delivery 1/2 doors was broken. Took months to get a refund despite them being picked up in a week. Got a new door. They've been installed for a few weeks. Hardware is trash and the doors won't stay properly installed and the hinges are already warping they are so incredibly cheap. I never write reviews. Trust me, don't buy these.

Exactly What I Wanted

Skeptical based on reviews but arrived at store blemish free on the front. some wood pimples on the back in one spot. Had to an additional top door jam (.75" x 4.5") to make it fit. Primed and painted well. Not sure about hardware longevity but it'll be for a water heater closet so rarely opened.

Delivery was awful, buy somewhere else if you need it in a timely basis. Or go pick it up, if you have a way to go get it. Had to cancel installers twice as Lowe’s kept promising delivery for 3 days between 10:00-2:00, Lowe’s had no clue where it was or when it was coming. Door itself was fine.

Wood Split

It took some time to get the door so I was in a hurry to start staining it. I saw a crack on the side I was staining but when I flipped it over there was a noticeable gap. I tried to see if part of the panel would slide over so as to glue it but not happening. It's $149 for very poor craftsmanship, very thin door panels.

System glitch

I used the automatic check-in. It showed the acknowledgement that it was received, but it never appeared on the Pending Order screen. The employee who retrieved it said it appeared on his mobile device and then disappeared. I was lucky that he came by the pick up area and saw me waiting. So, the employee was very helpful, courteous, and polite. However, the automated system could use some attention.
