It took some time to get the door so I was in a hurry to start staining it. I saw a crack on the side I was staining but when I flipped it over there was a noticeable gap. I tried to see if part of the panel would slide over so as to glue it but not happening. It's $149 for very poor craftsmanship, very thin door panels.
That it can only be trimmed down a small amount

System glitch
I used the automatic check-in. It showed the acknowledgement that it was received, but it never appeared on the Pending Order screen. The employee who retrieved it said it appeared on his mobile device and then disappeared. I was lucky that he came by the pick up area and saw me waiting. So, the employee was very helpful, courteous, and polite. However, the automated system could use some attention.

can’t cut to width poor design
you can’t this thing to width as the holes for the footers and guides are far to close to the edge to begin with. typically these holes fall an 1” and an 1/8th from the edge giving you ample room to rip to width. these sit 3/8” of an inch of the edge. dumb. dumb dumb dumb. returning.
