Shades just randomly crack
These lights are beautiful, but buyer beware!!!! I was sitting in my living room when I heard a LOUD pop. These lights are dangerous. Wish I had read the reviews. I notice that Kichler keeps responding to others about reaching out to them. Well, don’t bother, they couldn’t have cared less. I don’t have my receipt, so they don’t care. Dangerous Product - Do Not Buy
I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing this light. Like so many others, the glass shattered shortly after installation, damaging my new floors where it fell. Thankfully, I was standing about a foot away from having it fall on my head, which likely would have caused serious injury. Looking at the top piece that was left of the shade, it appears that the glass is too thin to support its own weight. It's shocking that Lowe's would continue to sell this product with so many people having ...
