Nice light fixture

When I received this it was shipped in the off the shelf box just put a shipping label on it as seen in image 1 upper right. The box had minor damage but the fixture was packed so well that it was not damaged at all image 2 lower left. It comes with a mounting bracket, screws, and wire nuts to attach the base to an electrical box. Utility Shed Light

A much needed shed light. The parts were well packaged for shipment. The weathered look makes it appear to be an old fixture. It came with everything needed to install. I was impressed with the quality of each piece. Very nicely finished, heavy guage metal parts fit together wellr. The bulb socket was porcelan, not plastic.which usually drys out and breaks from the heat of the bulb. Very simple assembly. Simple, functional and customizable

First of all this simple lamp comes extraordinarily well protected from shipping damage. All the pieces that are needed to mount the light are present in the package (just don't expect a light bulb). If you desire to paint the shade to match adjacent décor, it is easy to separate the shade from the canopy and do so. If this design fits your style it is difficult to find a better lamp.

attractive and easy to install

I replaced an accent light we had since we didn't have anything for it to accent. The New one looks alot better I think. I was a bit confused how exactly to install it until I looked at the instructions which made it immediately clear and it was easy and didn't take long. The trickiest part is always finding the right breaker to turn off.

I recently received and installed the Kichler Jetty semi-flush mount light fixture from Lowe’s. I couldn’t be happier with the light design and construction. It replaced a working ceiling fan and light unit which was probably 40 years old. The ceiling it’s now mounted on is painted bead-board, in a 140-year old house, so the design of the fixture is a perfect fit! My wife was pleasantly surprised by the update.

Jetty 13-in Weathered Zinc Coastal Incandescent LT

A high quality fixture. I was going to use it in an attic where I had a plug. I wired a high quality appliance cord onto it. I know that was not what it was meant for, but it was perfect for my use. I took the pictures in Indpls. but will be using it in my mini home in Tn. I actually received the item in Sept but couldn't write the review until it showed being received.

Very Nicely Made

This unit is well made and very easy to install. The price is extremely reasonable. I went online looking for this style of light and one I found that looked just like this one was $600.00. The only differene was that the metal shade came in about 20 different colors. I suspect that if you wanted to change the color of this silvery metallic shade it would be very easy to do with a quality spray paint. It projects the light downward perfectly

Perfect for my space

I absolutely love the style/design of this light. I kept shopping for a pendant fixture and nothing seemed to look just right. This semi-flush mount is/will be perfect, although it's not installed yet due to a window replacement & other remodel work to be done. The shipping was excellent as always with Lowe's. The quality is above & beyond what I expected. Can't wait to get it hung & then maybe I can post pictures! It will be replacing an old recessed light from the early '80's.

Is a nice made light fixture, it doesn't work.

When opening this up I was impressed with how the light fixture is made. After installing the fixture it worked for a second and quit working after that. After checking the wiring nothing was wrong with how the fixture was installed. The only conclusion I can find is the fixture was faulty.
