Glass not securable
I should have read reviews. This light is well made and packaged very good, except for the poor design of just resting the glass in the base. It should be securable like other lights are similar to this one. The other issue is that the stems for the light bulbs were slightly bent. Didn't want to chance straighten and have it break. Returning this to the store.
Avoid Kichler Lighting Products
This Kichler chandelier was warped, apparently in manufacturing. as the box had no damage. It is the second Kichler light product that we've bought that has had manufacturing defects. We will not be buying any Kichler products from now on. The return/refund process from Lowes was frustrating as well. Customer Service initially offered a 10% discount to keep the aberration. After I declined, they set up a third party delivery service to pick up within a 12 hour window. That eventually narrowed to...

Impossible to assemble
My spouse and I are very handy. That being said, the instructions on this product are the worst I have seen on any product. They are confusing and incomplete. For instance, there is a chain that has scored links, and there are no instructions at all relating to the chain installation, how to open/close the links, how to attach the links, or how to run the wiring through the chain.
