Light bulbs which were to be “included” were not. Lowes store where we picked up would not give light bulbs

Great chandelier

The chandelier was easy to put together and hang. There was more than enough chain, even for our vaulted ceiling. However, lightbulbs were not included for the 9-light version, even though it said on the website they were. It was a bummer to return to Lowes to get those bulbs.

The product itself is okay and not great. Was more satisfied after it was installed. Fit and finish is a little lacking in my opion but its much better than the flush mount our builder left us with. The packaging was just plain garbage and I had to order 2 of these as the first one came in damaged. This is not a Lowe's issue but a manufacturer issue as these ship right from Lowe's supplier. They dont package sufficiently to deal with the carelessness of todays transit companies. Single wall car...

I special ordered the Barrington 9 light Chandelier & light bulbs were NOT included, even though it says in description that they are included.

Broken

Globes were cracked and Lowe's refused to make good.
