The AC itself is nice. The volume is fine, and cools down the room as expected. There was a minty toothpaste smell at first however that seems to be going away. I had never installed a wall AC before, and this unit wasn't too bad. Would purchase again!

We bought this to replace our LG wall unit that had died on us. It was very easy to install in the wall sleeve and keeps our bedroom cool all night! It's about as loud as most air conditioners. There is an eco mode which is nice. The remote is user friendly. Seems to keep the humidity down in the bedroom.

14000 btu doesn't cool 500 sq ft!

First of all, the box was damaged when I picked up the unit. There was some damage to the unit's housing (appeared to be superficial), but since it was currently 90 degrees in my house, we decided to go ahead and replace the old wall unit and hope for the best. Good but damaged

Ac works well, cools a large living room. Sucks it came damaged. It may seem inconvenient and a pain but I recommend opening the box there and inspecting

A/C with great cooling power

I really like the cooling power. I turn my A/C off during the day and turn it on when I get home from work, and it cools my room within 10 minutes, which is impressive. The only minor issue is that the temperature setting doesn’t seem to match the actual room temperature. If I want my room to be 74°F, I have to set the A/C to around 70–72°F. Delivery by FedEx was not adequate

The air conditioner is great but delivery by FedEx was terrible. I would recommend if you order from Lowe's and delivery will be by FedEx then either don't buy the item or see if Lowe's can deliver. The package was delivered by FedEx and was abandoned on the first floor of my building without any notification. At no point did the driver call, use the building intercom, or attempt to contact me, despite the correct delivery address being clearly provided on the shipping information. This pac...
