would not recommend delivery to store, my 2nd A/C unit delivered to store with damage. The first had broken plastic that was not replaced, this recent order was later than expected and covered with a black grease that took hours to clean off. It is working great now, but the customer service person at Lowes HQ was very rude concerning the condition of product and threatened me with 48 hours to make up my mind on a return or 25$ gift card. Not very good business decision.

Good size, effective and efficient

Good but not able to convert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a little complicated to install. It's not real loud, but noticeable. It does cool the room and the remote is great to have. I don't like that it is only wall and not be converted to window. Hopefully you have wall space and someone who knows how to install it.

Exceptional unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying this AC blows very cold refreshing air. The unit isn’t loud at all and I can really appreciate that. Installing the unit wasn’t hard but you definitely need two people because it’s heavy. The remote control makes my life so much easier because I can simply control it from my couch or recliner. I love this unit.
