Stats seem to lie

It says this should cool a 700 sq ft room mine is 585 and it runs all the time and the room is still hot. It’s supposed to have variable speed but the fan is the same speed on all settings. It blows cool air not cold air. More like an over priced fan. I’ve had more to an 48 hrs so I can’t return it either.

delivery failure

fedex shipping is a joke. threw my box of the truck, @ the wrong house.and cracked the AC. took 3 days longer to get here. would at least like part of my money back.

Review

How can i possibly evaluate a product i just installed? If it is still running well in a decade, I can evaluate it. The unit this replaced worked flawlessly for 15 years. So far, this replacement has worked as expected for two weeks. Any rating today would be meaningless.

Cooling capacity not as advertised

I purchased this one because it stated it could cool a room of up to 700 square feet. My room is measured at 648 square feet and it runs non stop and I can barely get the room to cool to 76 degrees despite the thermostat being a much lower setting. I don't recommend it.

Cool’s fantastic

Bought one and installed it in a small apartment and it doesn't blow cold air. Bought another one and installed it as well and again it doesn't blow cold air. I now have two units to take back for return. Waste of time and money. Don't bother purchasing.
